Mike Pearce helped us buy our place in the Dockside Green area many years ago and recently, thanks to Mike, our condo was sold on the first day listed! Mike is knowledgeable, helpful, and he made everything go smoothly. If we ever come back to Victoria, we’ll definitely work with Mike again!
