Three weeks ago I went to Tony Zarsadias and Chris Gill and said I wanted to buy a condo and I wanted it quick! Within a day, they set me up with a great mortgage broker and I was pre-approved. Chris and Tony met with me the next day to ask what I was looking for. Two days after that I was looking at places, and I ended up buying the first one I looked at. For what I was looking for, it was/is perfect. Jessica in the office kept everything flowing when the boys couldn’t and within two weeks, I had possession.

The Condo Group hammered it out of the park and I am stoked to be in my new 2 bedroom condo downtown in Victoria. Thanks a lot for all your hard work. Love my new place!
